Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (“Company”) is a registered bank holding company for EagleBank, Bethesda, Maryland, a Maryland chartered commercial bank which is a member of the Federal Reserve System. The Company was organized in October 1997 to be the holding company for EagleBank, which commenced operations in July 1998.
